Il Manchester United passa il turno in Fa Cup battendo un Everton ormai nel baratro. Antony apre il match al 4’ minuto, Coady fa il bello e il cattivo tempo segnando un gol e un autogol e poi il sempre più ispirato Rashford chiude i conti.
La copertina però se la prende a malincuore David De Gea
Il portiere spagnolo, ormai sparito anche dai radar della Nazionale, è stato protagonista di un intervento, anzi, di un non-intervento sciagurato al quarto d’ora. Un tenero cross da destra a fil di palo passa sotto le gambe del portiere dei Red Devils che rimane fermo e imbambolato. Sul pallone si avventa Coady che pareggia momentaneamente i conti.

Nel post partita Roy Keane, bandiera dei Red Devils e noto opinionista sportivo, si è scagliato contro il numero uno spagnolo: "Sembra abbia bevuto qualche drink di troppo, pareva che in porta ci fosse un giocatore di movimento e non un portiere...".
