Un terzo della somma, 5.000 euro, può essere utilizzato per "misure di sicurezza o infrastrutturali". Secondo una spesa che dovrà dovrebbe essere dimostrata alle autorità sportive entro il 31 marzo 2023. All'inizio del secondo tempo del derby del 23 luglio i tifosi del Fürth "hanno acceso almeno 25 oggetti pirotecnici", così la DFB ha giustificato la sua severità. Il verdetto è definitivo.
